Terms & Conditions of Membership — British Indians Association (BritishIndians.com)
By registering for and attending events hosted by the British Indians Association (BritishIndians.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Professional Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who displays disruptive or inappropriate behaviour toward other members, speakers, or staff.

Photography & Media Consent
Please be aware that professional photography and filming may take place during our networking events. By attending, you consent to your image being used in our future marketing materials, website, and social media channels.
Note: If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of our team upon arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds
Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
Free Events: If you can no longer attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can reallocate your space to someone on the waiting list.
Paid / Corporate Events: Tickets are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual within your organisation. Please contact us to update the attendee name.

Data Sharing (Guest Lists)
To facilitate networking, we may share a digital guest list (Name, Job Title, and Company only) with other attendees of the specific event you are joining.
Your private contact details (email/phone) will never be shared without your explicit consent.

Sharing Your Data
The British Indian Network Association is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, or for any personal injury sustained during an event, unless caused by our direct negligence.
